Sent on the 3^rd of May, 2012

Treated poorly in the drivethorugh. Wanted 4 small decaf coffees and was only given 2 because they had no decaf left.not apologetic and didnt offer to make a new pot. Had to go to a different tims to get other two coffees. Not acceptable. Fresh pot every 20 mins? Dont think so.
